• Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
• Include the RMA number and a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
• Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund as follows:

- Unopened and Resalable Products: If you are returning an unopened and resalable product for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, we will issue a refund for the product's cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 8 business days of receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
